1. The folk song should be taken from Indian songs which can be in any regional language.

(लोकगीत भारतीय गीतों से लिया जाना चाहिए जो किसी भी क्षेत्रीय भाषा में हो सकते हैं।)

2. No film songs should be presented.

(कोई भी फिल्मी गाना प्रस्तुत नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।)

3. Maximum time allowed for the folk song is 7 minutes. The setting time for the participant shall not exceed 5 minutes.

(लोकगीत के लिए अधिकतम समय सात मिनट है। प्रतिभागी के लिए सेटिंग का समय पाँच मिनट से अधिक नहीं होगा।)

4. Medley of songs is not allowed.

(गानों के मिश्रण की अनुमति नहीं है।)
