1. The duration of the play should not exceed 45 minutes. Time will be counted as soon as the signal is given or the team begins introductions, whichever occurs first. To take charge of stage decoration and removal of set and props. After this, up to 10 minutes time will be given.

(नाटक की अवधि 45 मिनट से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। जैसे ही संकेत दिया जाता है या टीम परिचय देना शुरू करती है, जो भी पहले हो, समय की गणना की जाएगी। मंच सज्जा एवं सेट व सामान को हटाने के लिए मंच का प्रभार ग्रहण करने के बाद 10 मिनट तक का समय दिया जाएगा।)

2. The number of artists should not exceed twelve.

(कलाकारों की संख्या बारह से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।)

3. Participating teams will bring their own set/stage props, make-up material etc. Lighting and general accessories like simple furniture can be made available only on advance notice.

(भाग लेने वाली टीमें अपने सेट / मंच का सामान, श्रृंगार सामग्री आदि स्वयं लाएंगी। प्रकाश और सामान्य सामान जैसे साधारण फर्नीचर अग्रिम सूचना पर ही उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है।)

4. The play can be done only in Hindi language.

( नाटक केवल हिंदी भाषा में हो सकता है।)

5. The participating team must report to the competition in-charge at least two hours before the presentation of the play.

(भाग लेने वाली टीम को नाटक की प्रस्तुति से कम से कम दो घंटे पहले प्रतियोगिता प्रभारी को रिपोर्ट करनी होगी।)

6. Judgment will be based on the merits of the play such as theme, excellent stagecraft and overall effect etc.

(निर्णय नाटक के गुणों जैसे विषय,  उत्कृष्ट मंच कला और समग्र प्रभाव आदि पर आधारित होगा।)
