1. Each youth may submit two entries i.e., two photographs in electronic mode (to be decided by the conducting authority).

(प्रत्येक युवा दो प्रविष्टियाँ यानी दो तस्वीरें इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मोड में जमा कर सकता है (संचालन प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्णय लिया जाएगा))

2. To encourage the participation of maximum number of Youth and to keep uniformity, photographs taken from mobile phone may be considered.

(अधिकतम संख्या में युवाओं की भागीदारी को प्रोत्साहित करने और एकरूपता बनाए रखने के लिए मोबाइल फोन से ली गई तस्वीरों पर विचार किया जा सकता है)

3. One subject to be decided out of the following, may be considered as the subject for the photography: –

– Pragatisheel Bharat

– Aatmanirbhar Bharat

– Yoga/Sports

– Physical activity for fitness

– Nature scenery

(निम्नलिखित में से निर्णय किये जाने वाले किसी एक विषय को फोटोग्राफी का विषय माना जा सकता है:-

- प्रगतिशील भारत

-आत्मनिर्भर भारत

- योग/खेल

- फिटनेस के लिए शारीरिक गतिविधि

- प्रकृति दृश्य)

4. Youth submitting their photo in the competition will require to mention caption of the Photo in 20-30 words.

(प्रतियोगिता में अपना फोटो जमा करने वाले युवाओं को फोटो का कैप्शन 20-30 शब्दों में लिखना होगा।)

5. The size of the photo submitted should not be less than 1 Mb and not more than 2 Mb.

(सबमिट की गई फोटो का साइज 1 एमबी से कम और 2 एमबी से ज्यादा नहीं होना चाहिए)

6. District level authorities conducting the competition will require to upload the shortlisted photos/entries on Yuva Portal.

(प्रतियोगिता आयोजित करने वाले जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों को शॉर्टलिस्ट की गई तस्वीरें/प्रविष्टियां युवा पोर्टल पर अपलोड करनी होंगी।)
